Only residents are entitled to use the recreational and communal facilities during the hours when they are opened.

Identification

The Management or any authorized representative or security guard may require any person in the recreational, commercial or common areas to identify himself by producing his resident’s pass or proof of invitation.

Supervision of Children

Management recommends that children should always be accompanied or supervised by adults while using the facilities, especially the swimming pool.
